Hi Everyone,

By now, most of your marketing activity is probably well underway, and this is our offer to help with your EFFECTIVENESS. A considerate follow up is one of the most overlooked factors of marketing success. Here is our ideal sequence below.

End-of-year Campaigns can get a real BOOST by SMS & Email.

We are just checking in with a timely offer.

If you haven't yet tried MMS messaging, here is an easy way to start. Send 100 MMS (SMS with image) messages to your patients - we'll pay.

So what can we do for you? We'll follow your instructions and work alongside your current staff to improve campaign effectiveness. Consider how this sequence could work for you:

KEEP IN MIND: If your digital communications aren't amazing, your patients will unsubscribe and you can't message them ever again!

Ideal sequence:

A) Send out USE IT OR LOSE IT Messages - use SMS / MMS / Email

- Are you ensuring that previous opt-outs are removed?

- Are your messages personalised?

- Is your message fresh, or is it literally the same thing every year?

B) Read the Send Report - Follow up with these people:

- Those who haven't OPENED / READ your message - Unique Message

- Those who haven't yet VISITED - Send a Unique Message

C) LAST CHANCE Messages & Special Offers to a Target Group

- Consider a targeted list of people to reach out with an extra incentive to visit... it's not about rewarding the last minute crowd... but rather a New Offer that just came available!

REMEMBER:
Digital Communications go a lot better if they have a FUN factor.

The SMS / MMS system we provide enables easy reporting tools with click tracking and automation - Try it out for your current year-end campaigns.

That's the topic for this month... next month we'll have our full suite of Website Modular Add-ons, including Patient Portals and Digital Forms. Welcome to any early adopters that are keen to get some tech projects done during the holidays.

Best regards,

Robert
